Every price we charge for a standard clean
Per filter, before GST. Plant and industrial filters are quoted after assessment, so their figures are indicative and marked as such.

Priced separately, so you only pay for what the fault needs
- Removing the filter from the vehicle and refitting it. Your own workshop does that; we clean the filter they send us.
- GST, and courier to and from Nashik if you are sending the filter in.
- Full diagnostic assessment: ₹1,500. ECU scan, live data logging and back pressure measurement.
- Sensor testing & calibration: ₹2,200. Differential pressure and exhaust temperature sensor verification.
- Injector health check: ₹3,200. Back-leakage and cylinder balance analysis.
- Turbocharger inspection: ₹2,600. Shaft play, VNT actuation and boost integrity.
- Priority same-day turnaround: ₹3,000. Jumps the workshop queue, completed within the day.
The price steps down from three filters
The discount applies across the whole roster, whatever the mix of vehicles, and to a scheduled programme as much as to a one-off batch.

Our rate card prices a standard clean per filter, before GST: most cars and SUVs at ₹8,500 to ₹9,000 (Honda ₹6,500, Jeep ₹9,500, Kia Carnival and premium imports ₹15,000), pickups and light commercials from ₹7,500, and trucks and buses ₹7,500 to ₹10,000 depending on the make. The figure is fixed by brand and does not rise with the degree of loading. Construction, agricultural, marine and genset filters are quoted after assessment. For context, a replacement DPF commonly costs between ₹80,000 and ₹4,00,000, so cleaning is a small fraction of that. The cost pages list every brand, and the quote calculator adds any extra tests.
Substantially. Cleaning typically costs between 5% and 15% of a replacement filter. Replacement is genuinely necessary only where the substrate is physically damaged, cracked, melted or collapsed, which is a small minority of the filters we see. Our diagnostic pass establishes which case applies before you commit to anything, and we will tell you plainly if a filter is not worth cleaning.
