Why Hyundai filters reach the bench
Hyundai diesels, the Creta above all, are overwhelmingly private cars in city use. The pattern we see is a filter that has quietly loaded over several years of short trips, with the owner seeing the warning light only once the car starts losing power. Caught at that stage a clean restores the filter outright.
The same 1.5 litre diesel sits in the Kia range, and the filters are priced the same. If the car has been to a workshop that ran a forced regeneration first, bring the readings: a filter that would not regenerate is usually ash-loaded, which no burn can fix.

No. We clean the filter, not the vehicle. Any competent workshop can remove the DPF from a Hyundai, and you send or bring us the filter alone. Outside Nashik, courier is how most filters reach us. It comes back cleaned, with the before and after readings, for your workshop to refit.
By a wide margin. A replacement after-treatment unit costs many times the cleaning price, and replacement is only necessary when the substrate is physically cracked, melted or collapsed, which is a small minority of the filters we see. The bench reading before cleaning tells you which case yours is, before you pay for anything.
A replacement DPF is a dealer part and the price depends on the exact model, but for a suv / muv it commonly runs around ₹80,000 to ₹1,80,000. Cleaning the existing filter is ₹9,000, and it is the right answer whenever the substrate is intact, which the flow reading on arrival shows before you pay for anything. Replacement is only needed when the ceramic is cracked, melted or collapsed.
