BharatBenz on our rate card
Exact figures, not a range. The card quotes one price per line, with no condition uplift and no estimate that gets corrected on the bench.

GST additional. Fleet rates apply from three filters. See the full rate card for every brand.
Why BharatBenz filters reach the bench
One price for every BharatBenz truck and bus. These are heavily used vehicles, and the filters that come in from tipper and construction work have usually had long periods of idling and low-speed running, which is the cycle that loads a filter with soot fastest.
A BharatBenz after-treatment unit is a large, costly assembly, and a fleet manager who has been quoted for replacement should have the filter measured first. Most are cleanable, and the readings settle it.

You do not bring the BharatBenz to Nashik
We clean filters, not vehicles. Your workshop removes the DPF, you send it or bring it, and it goes back with the readings for them to refit. The workshop is in Nashik; filters come in by courier from across Maharashtra.
BharatBenz owners ask
₹8,500 per filter before GST, for every BharatBenz model on our rate card (Trucks and buses, all models). That is the rate-card price, not an estimate, and it includes the flow-bench measurement before and after cleaning and the written readings.
No. We clean the filter, not the vehicle. Any competent workshop can remove the DPF from a BharatBenz, and you send or bring us the filter alone. Outside Nashik, courier is how most filters reach us. It comes back cleaned, with the before and after readings, for your workshop to refit.
By a wide margin. A replacement after-treatment unit costs many times the cleaning price, and replacement is only necessary when the substrate is physically cracked, melted or collapsed, which is a small minority of the filters we see. The bench reading before cleaning tells you which case yours is, before you pay for anything.
A replacement DPF is a dealer part and the price depends on the exact model, but for a heavy commercial truck it commonly runs around ₹2,00,000 to ₹4,00,000. Cleaning the existing filter is ₹8,500, and it is the right answer whenever the substrate is intact, which the flow reading on arrival shows before you pay for anything. Replacement is only needed when the ceramic is cracked, melted or collapsed.
6 to 12 hours on the bench, and most filters are returned the same day they arrive. Courier time is additional.
