We have one workshop, in Nashik, roughly 30 km and about 45 minutes away, and a steady stream of Sinnar vehicles and filters comes to it. This page is about why they do, and how to plan the trip so it costs you one day rather than several.
The vehicles that come in from Sinnar are mostly industrial, and industrial duty cycles are unusually hard on a filter for a reason that surprises owners: idling. A machine that runs eight hours on site but covers four kilometres produces soot the whole time and almost never generates the exhaust temperature to clear it. The engine hour meter, not the odometer, is the number that predicts when its filter will block, and servicing these on a mileage interval is why so many of them arrive already past the point where cleaning alone would have been enough.
Close enough that a filter can be dropped in the morning and collected the same afternoon without the vehicle leaving site for a full day. For plant that cannot be moved, ask about the loan-filter pool.

No filter is quoted on sight. It is tested, cleaned if the test says cleaning will help, and tested again, and you get both numbers. When the measurement says the substrate is beyond saving, you are told that instead of being sold a clean that will not hold.
Everything below is served from the one Nashik workshop. The distance is part of the deal, so it is on every page.
Not on the list? The workshop is in Nashik and distance is the only constraint, so ask. Mumbai and Hyderabad are announced but not yet trading.
Tell us the vehicle and the symptoms before you set off. We will tell you whether the trip from Sinnar is worth making, including when it is not.
