What we see

Why Jeep filters reach the bench

The Compass and Meridian share a 2.0 litre diesel and a filter price. Owners tend to keep these cars and drive them far, so filters arrive at higher mileage and in the ash-loaded state that only a physical clean addresses.

A replacement after-treatment unit on a Jeep is expensive enough that owners are sometimes quoted for one at the first warning light. Measure first. A filter that still flows reasonably on the bench is a cleaning job, and the readings will show which it is.

Included in ₹9,500

  • Filter indexed, weighed and photographed on arrival
  • Pre-clean flow and back pressure baseline recorded
  • Multi-stage thermal and pneumatic cleaning cycle
  • Ash removed from the full channel depth, not just the face
  • Post-clean flow test with a printed before/after comparison
  • Returned with the before and after readings, ready for your workshop to refit

Priced separately

  • Removal and refitting, by your own workshop
  • Courier to and from Nashik, and GST
  • Full diagnostic assessment: ₹1,500
  • Sensor testing & calibration: ₹2,200
Getting the filter to us

You do not bring the Jeep to Nashik

We clean filters, not vehicles. Your workshop removes the DPF, you send it or bring it, and it goes back with the readings for them to refit. The workshop is in Nashik; filters come in by courier from across Maharashtra.

Questions

Jeep owners ask

₹9,500 per filter before GST, for every Jeep model on our rate card (Compass, Meridian). That is the rate-card price, not an estimate, and it includes the flow-bench measurement before and after cleaning and the written readings.

No. We clean the filter, not the vehicle. Any competent workshop can remove the DPF from a Jeep, and you send or bring us the filter alone. Outside Nashik, courier is how most filters reach us. It comes back cleaned, with the before and after readings, for your workshop to refit.

By a wide margin. A replacement after-treatment unit costs many times the cleaning price, and replacement is only necessary when the substrate is physically cracked, melted or collapsed, which is a small minority of the filters we see. The bench reading before cleaning tells you which case yours is, before you pay for anything.

A replacement DPF is a dealer part and the price depends on the exact model, but for a suv / muv it commonly runs around ₹80,000 to ₹1,80,000. Cleaning the existing filter is ₹9,500, and it is the right answer whenever the substrate is intact, which the flow reading on arrival shows before you pay for anything. Replacement is only needed when the ceramic is cracked, melted or collapsed.

4 to 8 hours on the bench, and most filters are returned the same day they arrive. Courier time is additional.
