A specialist business
in a market that still replaces.
Most of India still answers a blocked diesel particulate filter by fitting a new one, at many times the cost of cleaning it. That gap is the opportunity — and it needs operators who will run the process properly rather than cut it short.

Why this business works
Not because DPF cleaning is fashionable, but because the economics are lopsided and most of the market has not noticed yet.
Every BS-IV and BS-VI diesel on Indian roads carries a particulate filter, and every one of them will eventually load with ash that no amount of regeneration removes. That is not a market trend; it is a physical certainty with a schedule attached.
The default answer remains replacement, at a cost that is routinely many times what cleaning would be. A specialist who can measure a filter, prove what they achieved and stand behind it occupies a position that a general workshop cannot easily copy — the barrier is equipment plus discipline, not either alone.
Fleet work compounds it. Once an operator trusts you with fifty vehicles, that relationship is measured in years rather than jobs, and it is not won on price.

12 months
Warranty on cleaning
Six things a franchise actually provides
A brand on the signage is the least valuable part of this. The rest is what determines whether the site works.
Equipment and setup
Cleaning cabinet, calibrated flow bench and diagnostic tooling, specified to the vehicle mix your territory will actually present.
Training to standard
Hands-on training in diagnostics, the cleaning process and flow bench interpretation — plus the documentation standard every job must meet.
Technical escalation
A route to our senior technicians for the filters you are unsure about. Nobody should be guessing alone on a substrate they have not seen before.
National fleet accounts
Where a contracted fleet customer has vehicles in your territory, that work comes to you rather than travelling.
Operating playbook
Pricing structure, workflow, reporting templates and the commercial model — not left for you to invent from scratch.
Brand and marketing
Brand assets, site launch support and inclusion in national enquiry routing for your area.
The operator matters more than the premises
- An existing workshop, dealership or fleet operation is a strong starting point, though not essential
- Capital to fund equipment, premises and working capital without over-leveraging the first year
- Willingness to run the documented process on every single job, including when the workshop is busy
- A territory with a real diesel population — logistics, industry, construction or commercial transport
- A long-term view. This business compounds through fleet relationships, not walk-in volume
What we will not offer
We do not publish investment figures or income projections on a web page. The honest answer depends on your territory, whether you have premises already, and which equipment configuration suits the vehicles you will actually see — and a number presented without those variables would be closer to marketing than information.
We will go through the full commercial picture with you directly, including the parts that are less comfortable. Anyone quoting you a guaranteed return for a service business before they have seen your territory is selling something.
Start that conversationWhat prospective partners ask
It helps considerably, but it is not absolute. What matters more is whether you can run a disciplined operation — this is a business built on measurement and documentation, and a franchisee who treats the flow bench as optional will not last. We would rather partner with a capable operator who hires a good technician than a good technician who has never run a business.
Tell us about your territory
Where you are, what you already operate, and roughly what timeline you have in mind. We will come back to arrange a proper conversation rather than send you a brochure.
