Why Ashok Leyland filters reach the bench
Two lines: the Dost family of light commercials, and every truck and bus. The Dost, Bada Dost and Partner do last-mile and intra-city work, which is the hardest cycle a filter can be given. They arrive soot-loaded and early, and on a fleet the pattern repeats vehicle after vehicle, so the sensible arrangement is a cleaning interval rather than waiting for each derate.
The truck and bus line is one price for every model. Long-haul trucks on sustained highway running usually arrive ash-loaded at high mileage and clean well. A city bus is the opposite case, and if the filter has blocked young the cause is usually upstream of it.

You do not bring the Ashok Leyland to Nashik
We clean filters, not vehicles. Your workshop removes the DPF, you send it or bring it, and it goes back with the readings for them to refit. The workshop is in Nashik; filters come in by courier from across Maharashtra.
Ashok Leyland owners ask
₹7,500 to ₹10,000 per filter before GST, depending on which Ashok Leyland you have: Dost family at ₹7,500, Trucks & buses at ₹10,000. These are rate-card prices, not estimates, and they include the flow-bench measurement before and after cleaning and the written readings.
No. We clean the filter, not the vehicle. Any competent workshop can remove the DPF from a Ashok Leyland, and you send or bring us the filter alone. Outside Nashik, courier is how most filters reach us. It comes back cleaned, with the before and after readings, for your workshop to refit.
By a wide margin. A replacement after-treatment unit costs many times the cleaning price, and replacement is only necessary when the substrate is physically cracked, melted or collapsed, which is a small minority of the filters we see. The bench reading before cleaning tells you which case yours is, before you pay for anything.
A replacement DPF is a dealer part and the price depends on the exact model, but for a light commercial vehicle it commonly runs around ₹1,20,000 to ₹2,20,000. Cleaning the existing filter is ₹7,500 to ₹10,000, and it is the right answer whenever the substrate is intact, which the flow reading on arrival shows before you pay for anything. Replacement is only needed when the ceramic is cracked, melted or collapsed.
5 to 12 hours on the bench, and most filters are returned the same day they arrive. Courier time is additional.
