Why Tata filters reach the bench
Tata has two lines on the card: one for the cars and SUVs, and one for every truck and bus. The passenger-car line covers the Nexon, Altroz, Harrier, Safari and Curvv diesels, which mostly arrive from private owners doing city commutes where the filter never sees a full regeneration. The commercial line is the one fleets ask about, and it is a single price for every model because the work is the same once the filter is off the vehicle.
For a fleet of Tata trucks the number that matters is not the single-filter price but the interval. A filter cleaned on a schedule, before the first derate, costs the rate-card figure. One driven in limp mode for months costs the same to clean but has usually cost far more in fuel and downtime first.

You do not bring the Tata to Nashik
We clean filters, not vehicles. Your workshop removes the DPF, you send it or bring it, and it goes back with the readings for them to refit. The workshop is in Nashik; filters come in by courier from across Maharashtra.
Tata owners ask
₹8,500 to ₹9,000 per filter before GST, depending on which Tata you have: Cars & SUVs at ₹8,500, Trucks & buses at ₹9,000. These are rate-card prices, not estimates, and they include the flow-bench measurement before and after cleaning and the written readings.
No. We clean the filter, not the vehicle. Any competent workshop can remove the DPF from a Tata, and you send or bring us the filter alone. Outside Nashik, courier is how most filters reach us. It comes back cleaned, with the before and after readings, for your workshop to refit.
By a wide margin. A replacement after-treatment unit costs many times the cleaning price, and replacement is only necessary when the substrate is physically cracked, melted or collapsed, which is a small minority of the filters we see. The bench reading before cleaning tells you which case yours is, before you pay for anything.
A replacement DPF is a dealer part and the price depends on the exact model, but for a suv / muv it commonly runs around ₹80,000 to ₹1,80,000. Cleaning the existing filter is ₹8,500 to ₹9,000, and it is the right answer whenever the substrate is intact, which the flow reading on arrival shows before you pay for anything. Replacement is only needed when the ceramic is cracked, melted or collapsed.
4 to 12 hours on the bench, and most filters are returned the same day they arrive. Courier time is additional.
