DPF Masters Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") operates dpfmasters.in and provides diesel particulate filter cleaning, diagnostics and related services. Our registered address is S. No. 5/1/3, Plot No. 7, Behind Manoj Garage, Khode Nagar, Nashik 422006, Maharashtra, India.

02What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. There is no account system on this website, and you can use every tool on it — the symptom checker, quote calculator, compatibility checker and technical assistant — without providing any personal information at all.
When you submit the booking, quotation or contact form, we collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your company name, where you provide one
- Vehicle details — category, manufacturer, model, year and registration number
- The description of the fault or enquiry you write for us
- Your preferred service date and location, for bookings
03What we do not collect
We do not collect payment card details anywhere on this website. No payment is taken online; invoicing happens after work is authorised, through separate channels.
We do not ask for identity documents, financial information, or any of the categories of sensitive personal data defined under Indian law. Please do not include such information in the free-text fields of our forms.
The diagnostic tools do not transmit your answers anywhere. The symptom checker and quote calculator run entirely in your browser, and their results are not sent to us unless you separately choose to submit a form.
04Why we use it
We use the information you submit for a single purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to carry out and document the work.
In practice that means contacting you to confirm a booking, preparing a written quotation, keeping the service record and warranty certificate associated with your vehicle, and — for fleet customers — producing the periodic reporting your contract provides for.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
05Where it goes
Enquiry data is used by our own service and account staff to fulfil your request. Where a job requires it, relevant vehicle and fault details may be shared with our equipment partner for technical support — never your contact details for their own marketing use.
Some contact routes on this site are third-party services and are governed by their own policies rather than ours. Choosing to message us on WhatsApp means your message and phone number are processed by WhatsApp; calling or emailing us uses your own telephony and email providers.
06How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not result in work are retained for up to 24 months, so that we can pick up the thread if you come back to us, and then deleted.
Where we have carried out work, we keep the service record, measurements and warranty documentation for the life of the warranty plus the period required for tax and statutory record-keeping. These records are what allow us to honour a warranty claim years later, and to tell your next engineer exactly what was done.
07Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store your progress within a tool locally on your own device so that a page refresh does not lose your answers; that information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
If and when we enable website analytics, this section will be updated to name the provider and describe what is measured before that measurement begins.
08Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it erased where we no longer need it, and to withdraw a consent you previously gave.
To exercise any of these, write to service@dpfmasters.in with enough detail for us to identify your records — the name and phone number you used, and the vehicle registration if a job was carried out. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India.
09Security
This website is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry and service records is restricted to staff who need it to do their work.
No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
10Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information — most likely when this website gains a server-side backend for form submissions — we will update this page and change the date at the top before the new handling takes effect.
