Book the vehicle in.
Four questions, one minute.

Tell us what you need, what you drive and when suits you. A service advisor confirms the slot by phone — usually within one working hour — and nothing is charged until the diagnostic has told us what the job actually is.

Step 1 of 4

What do you need done?

Not certain? Choose the diagnostic — it establishes the actual fault, and the cost is credited against whatever work follows.

Demo mode — submissions are stored in this browser only and no one is contacted. Connect Supabase in lib/db/index.ts to make this live.

Before you come in

  • Keep at least a quarter tank of fuel — many platforms will not run a regeneration below that.
  • Do not clear the fault codes. The stored history is diagnostic evidence.
  • Bring the service book if you have it, along with any previous DPF work records.
  • Note when the symptoms started and what the vehicle was doing at the time.

Running more than three vehicles? Fleet rates and the loan filter pool apply from three upward — and cleaning downtime drops to about an hour per vehicle.

What actually happens next

No part of this is a black box. You will know what we found, what we did and what it cost at every stage.

We call to confirm

A service advisor confirms the slot, checks the symptoms and tells you roughly how long the vehicle will be with us.

Diagnostic first

Every job opens with a measurement pass. It separates a loaded filter from a sensor or injector fault before anything is removed.

Firm quote, then approval

You get a written figure and a recommendation. Nothing beyond the diagnostic proceeds until you authorise it.

Report on handover

Before-and-after flow figures, photographs, root cause and the warranty certificate — issued as a document you keep.

The full workshop sequence runs to 9 documented steps.
