Why Force Motors filters reach the bench
Force Motors vehicles are almost all in passenger-carrying commercial use: staff transport, school and tourist Travellers, Urbanias on contract. They run fixed routes with a lot of stops, and the filter pays for that with interrupted regenerations. One price covers every model.
An operator with a fleet of Travellers is better served by a cleaning interval than by reacting to derates, which tend to arrive on the day the vehicle is needed most.

You do not bring the Force to Nashik
We clean filters, not vehicles. Your workshop removes the DPF, you send it or bring it, and it goes back with the readings for them to refit. The workshop is in Nashik; filters come in by courier from across Maharashtra.
Force Motors owners ask
₹8,500 per filter before GST, for every Force Motors model on our rate card (All models). That is the rate-card price, not an estimate, and it includes the flow-bench measurement before and after cleaning and the written readings.
No. We clean the filter, not the vehicle. Any competent workshop can remove the DPF from a Force Motors, and you send or bring us the filter alone. Outside Nashik, courier is how most filters reach us. It comes back cleaned, with the before and after readings, for your workshop to refit.
By a wide margin. A replacement after-treatment unit costs many times the cleaning price, and replacement is only necessary when the substrate is physically cracked, melted or collapsed, which is a small minority of the filters we see. The bench reading before cleaning tells you which case yours is, before you pay for anything.
A replacement DPF is a dealer part and the price depends on the exact model, but for a light commercial vehicle it commonly runs around ₹1,20,000 to ₹2,20,000. Cleaning the existing filter is ₹8,500, and it is the right answer whenever the substrate is intact, which the flow reading on arrival shows before you pay for anything. Replacement is only needed when the ceramic is cracked, melted or collapsed.
5 to 8 hours on the bench, and most filters are returned the same day they arrive. Courier time is additional.
