What mining filters look like when they reach us
Mining is the heaviest particulate environment we see: dust loading on top of soot, long low-speed cycles underground, and emission limits that are a ventilation and safety matter rather than a paperwork one. Filters come in from haul trucks, LHDs and drill rigs in batches during planned shutdowns, and the bench readings go back with each one.
Intervals here are short and set by exposure rather than by the manufacturer's book. The report on each filter, and the weight of material removed, is what lets the maintenance team shorten or lengthen the next interval on evidence.

Mining operators ask
Yes. Dust and ash are both removed by the pneumatic stage of the clean. What cannot be cleaned is a substrate that has cracked or melted, and the before reading identifies that first.
Filters removed during a shutdown are couriered together and cleaned in sequence, each measured and reported separately, and returned together. Fleet rates apply from three filters.
Haul-truck filters are priced on the truck and bus lines of the rate card where the make is listed; off-highway units are quoted after assessment, from an indicative ₹19,500 per filter before GST.
