What agriculture filters look like when they reach us
Tractors and harvesters work in concentrated seasons and sit for months in between, which is hard on a filter twice over: intense loading in the window, then long idle periods. A filter that blocks mid-harvest costs far more than the clean, which is why the sensible time to send it in is before the season, during the weeks the machine is parked anyway.
Agricultural filters are one of the four categories the rate card does not price, so the figure is indicative until the filter is measured. Dust loading in field conditions is heavy, and the pneumatic stage of the clean deals with it along with the ash.
Typical equipment
- John Deere tractors
- New Holland harvesters
- Mahindra and Kubota tractors
- Case IH equipment
What agriculture filters cost to clean
This sector is one the rate card prices after assessment: the figure below is indicative, and the bench measurement confirms it before any work.
From ₹15,000indicative
Agricultural Machinery: Tractors, harvesters and agricultural prime movers. 6 to 12 hours on the bench.
Full rate card by brand and the quote calculator for extras and fleet sizes.
Agriculture operators ask
Quoted after assessment; the indicative rate-card figure is from ₹15,000 per filter before GST, confirmed once the filter is measured.
Before the season, while the machine is idle. A filter that reaches its limit in the harvest window stops the machine on the days it is needed most.
It adds to the load the pneumatic stage removes. It does not stop a filter being cleaned unless the substrate itself is damaged, which the before reading shows.
