What commercial fleets filters look like when they reach us
For a fleet the arithmetic is downtime, not the single-filter price. A filter that goes into derate on a delivery day costs the day; a filter cleaned on a schedule costs the rate-card price and a courier. The fleet programme sets the interval from the duty cycle, batches the filters, and returns each with its readings so the maintenance log shows the restriction removed.
Fleet rates step down from three filters, across whatever mix of vehicles you run. The report on each filter is the useful part: a filter that comes back loaded early is telling you which vehicle has an injector or EGR problem before the vehicle does.

From three filters the price steps down in bands, up to 26 percent at fifty or more, applied across the whole roster whatever the vehicle mix. It applies to a scheduled programme as much as to a one-off batch.
Filters removed by your workshop are collected or couriered in batches and returned the same way. The cleaning equipment does not travel; the filter does. The collection and courier page sets it out.
